1. How is the test conducted?
The walking metabolic test involves walking at various intensities on a treadmill. Throughout the session, we measure and analyze heart rate and other key metrics to estimate your body's metabolic response. This data helps determine the intensity at which your body burns fat most efficiently.
2. How long does the testing session take?
There are 2 parts in the session.
I) The full test, including resting data collection, warm-up and test, usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes. The actual exercise portion may be different, depending on fitness level and stages.
II) Consultation will normally takes 30 minutes to explain the result and the report, as well as depend on the questions that you have.

9. What should i wear / bring on testing day?
a) Sports Apparel: Wear comfortable, breathable sports clothing suitable for walking. Bring a change of clothes if you’d like to freshen up afterward.
b) Shoes: Appropriate shoes are recommended for treadmill test, as you will walk at different inclination.
c) Towel & Water Bottle: To stay comfortable and hydrate.
d) Small Snack or Drinks: For post-test recovery, bring a drink or light snack, such as bread or biscuit, to replenish energy after intense session.
