1. Introduction

Welcome to ULTRA lab! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products, including but not limited to exercise physiology service, testing, certification programs, and the Walking Metabolic Test report credit. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Exercise Physiology Services:

ULTRA lab provides exercise physiology services, including exercise rehabilitation designed for individuals managing chronic conditions to improve physical function and health through tailored exercise programs.

2.2 Testing Services:

ULTRA lab provides exercise physiology testing services, including Walking Metabolic Test and Lactate Threshold Test, designed to assess individual fitness levels and provide personalized exercise insights.

2.3 Certification Programs:

Individuals and organizations can enroll in our Walking Metabolic Test course and certification program to become authorized walking metabolic test providers.

2.3 Report Credits:

Certified walking metabolic test providers must purchase credits to generate reports for their clients using our proprietary platform.

2.4 Limitations:

All services are subject to availability and adherence to these Terms. ULTRA lab reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliance or violations of policies.

3. Certification and Credit Usage

3.1 Certification Process:

• Participants must complete the Walking Metabolic Test Course, pass the certification exam with a minimum score of 80%, and pay the certification fee to become ULTRA lab Certified Walking Metabolic Test Providers.

• Certification is personal and non-transferable.

3.2 Credit System:

Certified Walking Metabolic Test Providers must purchase credits to generate reports. Each credit equals one (1) report.

3.3 Credit Validity:

• Purchased Credits are valid for three (3) months from the purchase date.

• Free Credits issued as promotions are valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance.

• Unused credits after their validity period will automatically expire and are non-refundable.

3.4 Usage:

Credits can only be used by Certified Walking Metabolic Test Providers and must not be sold to others.

3.5 Revocation of Certification:

ULTRA lab reserves the right to revoke certification for non-compliance with these Terms, misuse of the platform, or unethical practices.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms:

Payment for certifications, services, and credits must be made upfront via the methods provided on our website.

4.2 Refund Policy:

• All payments are non-refundable except in cases where ULTRA lab cancels the service or program.

• Expired credits cannot be refunded or reinstated.

4.3 Pricing Updates:

ULTRA lab reserves the right to revise pricing for services, certifications and credits with prior notice to clients and Certified Walking Metabolic Test Providers.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 ULTRA lab is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of our testing protocols or reports.

5.2 Certified Walking Metabolic Test Providers are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their clients during testing.

5.3 Exercise physiologists are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their clients during service and testing.

5.4 Testing results are subject to limitations based on client data and testing conditions.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 ULTRA lab is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected during certification, service, testing, or credit purchases is used solely for service delivery and compliance purposes.

6.2 Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use personal data.

7. Modifications and Updates

7.1 ULTRA lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated to clients and Certified Walking Metabolic Test Providers via email.

7.2 Continued use of ULTRA lab’s services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 ULTRA lab retains all rights to its branding, protocols, reports, and proprietary materials. Certified Walking Metabolic Test Providers are authorized to use ULTRA lab branding strictly within the scope of their certification.

8.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of ULTRA lab materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
