SUITABLE ALL LEVEL
SUITABLE ALL LEVEL
Designed for football and futsal players who want to understand their physical and physiological readiness for the demands of repeated high-intensity running, acceleration, deceleration and change of direction.
SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVEL
Who is this for?
Football and futsal players who are currently experiencing pain or discomfort, recovering from an injury, or have a history of recurring injuries.
Suitable for recreational players, amateur athletes and competitive players who want to better understand their physical condition before returning to training or competition.
Why you may need it
Football and futsal involve frequent acceleration, deceleration, changes of direction, jumping, landing and single-leg movements. These demands can place significant stress on the lower limbs.
Muscle weakness, left-right asymmetry, poor movement control and compensatory patterns may affect performance and potentially increase injury risk.
This assessment provides objective information about your physical condition and can support informed discussions with your doctor, when making decisions about your recovery and return to activity.
What happens
A certified exercise physiologist will conduct the assessment based on your condition. After the assessment, wait about 5-10 mins, exercise physiologist will explain the result and give recommendation. You will receive your assessment data and summary within 24 hours after test.
What is included
Lower-Limb Muscle Strength
Muscle Power
Left-Right Asymmetry
Muscle Imbalance
Movement & Functional Control
Compensatory Movement Patterns
Injury / Re-Injury Risk Indicators
Approximate duration
45 minutes including testing + consultation
How to prepare
Avoid intense exercise 24 hours before.
Wear comfortable clothing and cover shoes / sport shoes.
Who is this for?
Football and futsal players who want to improve their physical performance and better understand the physical qualities that contribute to their game.
Suitable for recreational players, academy athletes, amateur players and competitive athletes preparing for training or competition.
Suitable for football / futsal team to generate normative data for the team or for talent selection
Why you may need it
Football and futsal require players to repeatedly accelerate, decelerate, change direction, jump, land and produce force on one or both legs.
Strength, power, movement control and left-right symmetry can influence how efficiently you perform these actions and may highlight areas for physical development.
Objective testing can help identify your strengths and limitations and provide data to guide your strength and conditioning program.

Who is this for?
Football and futsal players who want to understand their aerobic fitness and ability to sustain repeated running efforts.
Suitable for recreational players, academy athletes and competitive players who want to monitor their conditioning and improve their physical preparation.
Why you may need it
Football and futsal require players to repeatedly perform low- and high-intensity running throughout a match, with frequent changes in speed and intensity.
VO₂max provides an objective measure of your maximal aerobic capacity and can help you understand your current fitness level and track changes in conditioning over time.
The results can help guide your conditioning program and support more informed decisions about your training intensity and progression.
What happens
Baseline Measurement: Your basic measurements, including heart rate and other relevant baseline information, will be recorded before testing.
Warm Up: You will complete a warm-up at low intensity to prepare your body for the incremental test.
Incremental Test: You will exercise on a treadmill while the intensity gradually increases. You will breathe through a metabolic testing system that continuously measures oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production. The intensity will progressively increase until you reach your maximal exercise capacity, allowing us to determine your VO₂max and assess your aerobic fitness and exercise response.
Recovery & Preparation: After completing the test, you will have 10 mins to cool down, change clothes and rest before the consultation.
Consultation: Exercise physiologist will explain your VO₂max, heart rate response, breathing response, exercise intensity zones and what the results mean for your current fitness and training.
Report: You will receive your digital report within 24 hours after the testing session.
What is included
Actual VO₂max
Aerobic Fitness Level
Heart Rate Response to Exercise
Fuel Utilisation During Different Intensity
Individualised Training Zones (Heart Rate & Pace)
Future Cardiovascular Fitness Prediction
Approximate duration
90 minutes including testing + consultation
