RECOVERY & REHABILITATION
RECOVERY & REHABILITATION
Designed for individuals recovering from injury or surgery who want to understand their current physical capacity, identify strength and movement deficits, and track their progress towards a safe return to daily activities, exercise or sport.
RECOVERY & REHABILITATION
Who is this for?
Individuals who have undergone ACL reconstruction or ACL surgery and are currently in the physiotherapy rehabilitation phase.
Suitable for individuals who want to monitor their recovery, identify remaining strength differences and understand their current lower-limb function.
Why you may need it
Recovery after ACL surgery is not only about reducing pain and swelling. Strength, muscle balance, asymmetry and movement control can also affect how well you return to daily activities and exercise.
This assessment helps you objectively understand your current recovery status and identify areas that may need further attention before progressing to the next stage of rehabilitation.
Objective data to support informed decision-making with your doctor.
What happens
A certified exercise physiologist will conduct the assessment based on your condition. After the assessment, wait about 5 mins, exercise physiologist will explain the result and give recommendation. You will receive your assessment data and summary within 24 hours after test.
What is included
Lower-Limb Muscle Strength
Quadriceps & Hamstring Strength
Left-Right Asymmetry
Muscle Imbalance
Movement & Functional Control
Compensatory Movement Patterns
Injury / Re-injury Risk Indicators
Exercise & Rehabilitation Recommendations
Approximate duration
40 minutes include testing + consultation
How to prepare
Avoid intense exercise 24 hours before.
Wear comfortable clothing and cover shoes / sport shoes.
Who is this for?
Individuals who have completed the main stages of ACL rehabilitation and are preparing to return to higher-level exercise, training or sport.
Why you may need it
Returning to sport is more than simply being pain-free. Your strength, power, asymmetry and ability to control your body during demanding movements all need to be considered.
This assessment helps identify remaining performance deficits and provides objective data to guide your progression towards training and sport.

Lower-Limb Muscle Strength
Muscle Power
Quadriceps & Hamstring Strength
Left-Right Asymmetry
Muscle Imbalance
Single-Leg Performance
Compensatory Movement Patterns
Return-to-Performance Indicators
Exercise & Training Recommendations
Approximate duration
45 minutes include testing + consultation
How to prepare
Avoid intense exercise 24 hours before.
Wear comfortable clothing and cover shoes / sport shoes.
Who is this for?
Individuals experiencing or recovering from lower-limb injuries involving the knee, hip, ankle, thigh or other areas of the lower limb.
Suitable for individuals returning to exercise, recreational activities or sport after an injury.
Why you may need it
Lower-limb injuries can affect more than the area where you feel pain. Muscle weakness, asymmetry, poor movement control and compensatory patterns can place additional stress on other parts of the body.
This assessment helps you understand your current lower-limb function and identify areas that may require attention before progressing your exercise or training.
